Hengyue Knitwear Co., Ltd. is an OEM/ODM knitwear factory in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, cutting and sewing fleece and French terry hoodies and sweatshirts for apparel brands, retailers and promotional companies in the United States, Europe and Australia. Our 6,000 m² facility keeps cutting, sewing, printing, finishing and packing under one roof, with 8 sewing lines and about 150 workers.

Send your tech pack, artwork and size breakdown. We develop samples in 7-10 days and start bulk production after sample approval, producing to your measurements, branding and packaging instructions across fleece and French terry hoodie programmes.

Branding, decoration and colour options
Depending on the hoodie style, available customisation includes embroidery, screen print, puff print and DTG, plus woven labels, hangtags and custom zipper pulls on the full-zip programme. The oversized garment-dyed hoodie can be developed with custom dye colours; artwork placement, colour references and print limits should be confirmed with your tech pack.
MOQ, sampling and production timing
MOQ starts at 200 pcs per colour for the 450 GSM oversized garment-dyed hoodie, and 300 pcs per style for the 320 GSM French terry full-zip and 400 GSM heavyweight fleece pullover. After sample approval, lead times are 35-45 days for the garment-dyed style, 30-40 days for the full-zip and 25-35 days for the pullover.
Quality control and shipping to the US
Every line runs inline inspection, and bulk shipments are checked against a final AQL 2.5 inspection before dispatch. Standard terms are FOB Ningbo or FOB Shanghai, with DDP to the US available on request. Please confirm routing, timing and paperwork with your inquiry.
What is the minimum order quantity for private label hoodies?
The oversized garment-dyed hoodie starts at 200 pcs per colour. The French terry full-zip and heavyweight fleece pullover start at 300 pcs per style. Mixed-style programmes should be confirmed in your inquiry.
Can you produce from our tech pack and add our labels?
Yes. We run OEM production to the buyer's tech pack and support private label with woven labels, hangtags and polybags. Send artwork, label placement and packaging instructions with your RFQ.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Sampling takes 7-10 days. After sample approval, bulk lead times are 25-35 days for the pullover, 30-40 days for the full-zip and 35-45 days for the garment-dyed hoodie.
Which decoration methods do you offer?
Available options include screen print, embroidery, puff print and DTG, with custom dye colours on the garment-dyed programme and custom zipper pulls on the full-zip. Exact artwork limits should be checked against your tech pack.
How do you ship to the United States?
