Hengyue Knitwear is an OEM/ODM hoodie factory in Ningbo, China, cutting and sewing fleece and French terry hoodies for apparel brands, retailers and promotional companies in the US, Europe and Australia. Our 6,000 m² facility runs cutting, sewing, printing, finishing and packing under one roof, with 8 sewing lines and about 150 workers producing roughly 80,000 hoodies per month. Streetwear & Drop Programs
Streetwear labels and limited-drop programs need a hoodie that looks washed-in from day one. Our Oversized Garment-Dyed Hoodie (HD-OS-450) is a 450 GSM 100% cotton fleece hoodie in an oversized drop-shoulder fit, garment dyed for a washed streetwear look. Custom dye colours and puff print or embroidery let you build a signature piece per drop. MOQ starts at 200 pcs per colour with a 35-45 day lead time after sample approval.
Team Wear & Uniform Programs
The French Terry Full-Zip Hoodie (HD-ZP-320) is a 320 GSM 100% cotton French terry full-zip with a metal zipper, sized XS-3XL. It suits team wear, staff uniforms and club programs where easy on/off layering and consistent sizing across a full roster matter. Custom zipper pulls, embroidery, screen print and woven labels let you carry one program across multiple seasons. MOQ is 300 pcs per style; lead time is 30-40 days after sample approval.
Private Label Retail Assortments
Retailers building their own hoodie assortment can run the Heavyweight Fleece Pullover Hoodie (HD-PO-400) as a core style: 400 GSM 80/20 cotton-polyester brushed fleece, cut and sewn to order in XS-3XL. Private label options include woven labels, hangtags, polybags, screen print, embroidery, puff print and DTG, so one base style can cover a full retail program. MOQ is 300 pcs per style with a 25-35 day lead time.
Promotional & Buyer Tech-Pack Projects
Promotional companies and buyers with an existing tech pack can send it to us for OEM production. We produce to your tech pack, with in-house screen printing and embroidery and garment dyeing through our partner dye house in Ningbo. Every line runs inline inspection and a final AQL 2.5 inspection before shipment. Sampling takes 7-10 days; bulk production starts after sample approval.

What is your minimum order quantity for hoodies?
MOQ is 200 pcs per colour for the Oversized Garment-Dyed Hoodie and 300 pcs per style for the French Terry Full-Zip and Heavyweight Fleece Pullover Hoodies. For mixed programs, please send your style list and we will confirm.
How long does sampling and bulk production take?
Sampling takes 7-10 days. Bulk lead times after sample approval are 35-45 days for the garment-dyed hoodie, 30-40 days for the full-zip, and 25-35 days for the pullover.
Do you work from our tech pack?
Yes. We run OEM production to the buyer's tech pack. Send your tech pack, size specs and artwork, and we will review and quote accordingly.
Can you ship DDP to the US?
Our standard terms are FOB Ningbo or FOB Shanghai. DDP delivery to the US is available on request - please ask for details when you inquire.
What customisation options do you offer?
In-house screen printing and embroidery, plus woven labels, hangtags and polybags for private label. The garment-dyed hoodie also supports custom dye colours and puff print; the pullover supports DTG. Please share your artwork for a quote.
How do you control quality before shipment?
Every sewing line runs inline inspection, and each order passes a final AQL 2.5 inspection before shipment.
