Step 1: Reviewing Your Tech Pack

Every project starts with your tech pack: measurements, fabric weight, colors, trims, and artwork placement. Our hoodie platform covers three core constructions — a 450 GSM oversized garment-dyed hoodie (HD-OS-450), a 320 GSM French terry full-zip hoodie (HD-ZP-320), and a 400 GSM heavyweight brushed fleece pullover (HD-PO-400) — so most tech packs map directly onto an existing base that we customize to your spec. If you do not have a complete tech pack yet, share your reference garment or design ideas and we will confirm what is achievable before sampling begins.

Step 2: Sampling in 7–10 Days

Sampling typically takes 7–10 days. You receive a physical sample to check fit, fabric hand feel, color, and decoration quality against your tech pack. Sampling is the moment to adjust anything — proportions, dye shades, print size, label placement — before committing to bulk. Approval of the final sample is the trigger point for our production lead-time clock.

Step 3: Bulk Production in 25–45 Days

After sample approval, bulk production runs 25–45 days depending on the style: the 400 GSM pullover ships in 25–35 days, the 320 GSM full-zip in 30–40 days, and the 450 GSM garment-dyed hoodie in 35–45 days. Minimum order quantities are 300 pcs per style for the pullover and full-zip, and 200 pcs per colour for the garment-dyed style. Factory-direct pricing starts at $9.80 per piece depending on style and customization.
